As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative feelings that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

My ideal client is one primarily motivated for change. I'm not an "ah huh, mhmm, I see" therapist. I am continually active in sessions. If you are wanting honest, direct feedback and education on issues and new skills for more success, we could be a great client/therapist team. I am also a patient, seasoned professional and aware that fear and habits make change hard.


I offer significant support and positive encouragement, while administering a therapeutic approach which involves a variety of evidence based techniques that provide you with the necessary skills/techniques to improve overall well-being. 

I see couples, families, and individuals.


Family Systems theory, one therapist for all involved.


Confidentiality is kept. If a serious “secret” is shared in an individual session, individual continues if/until client is ready for couples or family sessions.

I am the single point of contact for the client. I personally return all calls, texts, and emails related to scheduling. I schedule with as much flexibility for the client/s as possible. I am available in person, or by phone for counseling. My clientele exists throughout the country.
